Rachelle Deguara is an arts practitioner and activist. She had been active in Moviment Graffitti for the last ten years and later co-founded young progressive beings. Recently, she represented Malta with her poetry at the Council of Europe for Word Democracy Day. Rachelle had been part of several collective exhibitions with her performative installations, working within the thematics of systematic oppression and submission as a form of safety. She studies performing arts and is particularly interested in community mobility towards educational and social change. She owns a small business, Mellowmoon, in the heart of Żurrieq, where she organises popups with other small businesses selling jewellery and preloved clothing.

Maria Theuma is a researcher, writer and artist. She has studied at the University of Malta and Goldsmiths, University of London and holds a PhD in English. Her research interests are across posthumanism, literary theory, comparative literature and visual cultures. Her writing, in Maltese and English, has appeared on various platforms, both online and in print, as well as in various collaborative multimedia projects. She has been published in Scintillas: New Maltese Writing 1 (London: Praspar Press, 2021), Għonnella: Deconstructing the Garment (Midsea Books, 2022) and, most recently, Aphroconfuso, a new literary journal in Maltese. Maria has reviewed art and theatre for The Sunday Times of Malta and Malta Today, among others. At the moment, her visual work is on display at the Malta Society of Arts in Valletta as part of the ongoing exhibition Decadence, Now., the upcoming catalogue of which she is also the editor of.

Antonio Tufigno is a lawyer by day, musician-poet-philosopher and 19th century romantic by night. Tufigno is one of the first poets to interpret works at R Gallery, during the debut show by Julien Vinet in September 2022.
